Telecommunications Engineering student at UCAM · Data Analyst · Murcia, Spain
📍 Murcia, Spain
Hi, I’m Daniel — a third-year Telecommunications Engineering student at the Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM) with a double-major background in Mathematics and Physics from Simpson College (Iowa, USA).
I’ve worked as a data analyst across companies in Spain and the United States — building ETL pipelines with SSIS, designing Power BI dashboards for retail networks, and supporting data-driven decision-making in energy and real estate. I’m particularly drawn to the intersection of telecommunications, data engineering, and embedded systems: turning raw signals into systems people can actually use.
My toolkit includes Python, SQL, Power BI, MATLAB/Simulink, SSIS/ETL, Power Automate, and REST APIs, and I work fluently in Spanish (native), English (C2) — built up over nearly a decade living in the US — and French (B2).
Outside of engineering I enjoy languages and traveling. Have a look at my CV for the full story, or feel free to reach out.
